Before Purchasing, please read the following conditions:

Explaining the licence

Currently the Notepad is only available in English (UK).
You need a licence in order to generate a Coacting Notepad.
If you want to buy a licence
- - We ask for your name, a valid email address and payment details. We ask you to set a password so you can return to your account.
  - As soon as your payment has been processed, you will have access to a page where you will be able to choose the 30 words that best describe you at work and then generate your Notepad. For card payments, you should have instant access, for bank transfers, you will receive a link as soon as we acknowledge the funds have reached our account.
  - Once you have selected your words and generated your notepad, you must download it to your computer, mobile device or other storage. Then it’s yours to keep.
  - You have 30 days from your payment date to select your words.
  - You have 30 days after generating your Coacting Notepad to download your Notepad.

Terms and conditions for purchasing licences

For the moment you may only purchase Coacting Notepad licences if you live in the United Kingdom or the EU.
Each licence gives you access to our system so you can generate one Coacting Notepad.

Terms and conditions for purchasing a single Coacting Notepad licence

“Us”, “we” refers to Successful People Intelligence.

“Payer”, “you”, “your” refers to the person who is paying for, generating and downloading a Coacting Notepad.

We require your name, a valid email address and credit/debit card details so as to process your order.
On receipt of payment we will send an automated email to the email address you have supplied confirming that we have received payment.
Following receipt of payment, we will send a further automated email with set-up information so you can access your Coacting Notepad (the email comprises a web-link to access our system and complete your user’s account set up). If you don’t receive your web-link email within a few minutes of payment, please check your spam or junk folder. If you have still not received it please tell us immediately using this email address [email protected]. We will send you a new login. Should you find the original login you will not be able to use it and should delete it.
When you first access your account, you will be asked to select 30 words from a total of 60 words, which in your view, best reflect what you are like at work. When you have made your selection, our system will generate your Coacting Notepad.
You have 30 days, from the date of purchasing your single licence, to access our system and choose your 30 words. If you fail to choose your words within the 30 day period, you will not be able to download a notepad. We will not refund you unless there is a problem with our system that we are unable to fix.
Once you have selected your 30 words, you will have a further 30 days to generate your Coacting Notepad and download it to your computer, mobile device or other storage. We will send an automated reminder to your email address when you have 10 days left to generate your Coacting Notepad. If you fail to download your Coacting Notepad within the 30-day period, your access to the download will expire and we will not refund you unless there is a problem with our system which we are unable to fix.
If you are unable to use your login because of problems with our system you should notify us immediately using this email address [email protected]. We will investigate and send a return email as soon as the solution is found. If necessary we will extend your period of access to our system to make up for any lost time. If we are unable to fix our system we will refund you.
If you forget your password, you can go to the login page and enter your email address and follow the Forgot Password process. If you are still experiencing problems, you can email us at [email protected]. (If there is evidence to suggest you are misusing our system we reserve the right to withhold a new login and we may not refund you.)
You may not pass your login to anyone else. We will monitor your account and if we believe that it is being misused we will suspend it and you will not be able to access your Coacting Notepad. If this happens, we will notify you that your account has been suspended. If the account has been misused we may not reinstate it or refund you.
You will have 14 days from the date of purchasing your single licence to request a refund by notifying us using the email address [email protected]. We will refund you within 30 days of your request provided that you have not accessed the system and generated your Coacting Notepad. If you have generated your Coacting Notepad we will not issue a refund.
